So in this part of the course, Chat GPT is recommended. It is nice to use AI to collect more information. I have around 70 blogs, and every time I use AI, I also highlight it. In these photos, I took my kids out to row a boat. They really liked it. It was quite easy, as I also studied this, when I was much younger.
My father's father taught me how to row a boat. He passed away in 2011. I was around 5-6 years old, when he taught me, around the beginning of the 1990s in Hungary.
We only used the close by area as it was the first time for my kids to row a boat.
In Denmark, there are a lot of places where you can rent a boat, canoe or kayak.
We had our safe vest with us, but the rental place also provided them, it was at the price.

--------------
I have nearly 70 blogs, and I use a lot of Google and ChatGTP.
In some cases it was helpful, but a lot of times, I got wrong answers.
I also asked AI to read a blog or posts, but was not able to do it.
I also explained the basic problems in Denmark, and gave very bad advice....
So AI is not good for everything.
AI is programmed after International Law and Etiquette. In Denmark 80% of cases have nothing to do with basic norms....
Denmark simply ignores those rules...
-----------
When my kids were very sick, I took them to the hospital, I had to wait 3 hours or more, then 99% of the time they sent us home without any medication or real help...
I also had very bad life experiences regarding the Danish Healthcare system.
So this idea, that a gym trainer has any consultation with a Danish healthcare worker, as wants the best for the clients...
In Denmark, there is no doctor or healthcare worker, who would do anything similar....
Not even in elite sports!
I participated in football and healthcare courses, where also "professionals" both in football and healthcare represented themselves... horror....
what to say... it is more similar to a Taygetus...
In Danish education, they explain to parents, if your child has a fever, do not dare to bring it for days!
The whole Danish system is built only for Danish people, even if somebody pays taxes, or has a permanent residency, 99% of cases can only face humiliation... For much less issues, Danish people get proper help...
In Denmark, people are proud of this sick bias!! They are proud that they can hurt others...
Just like horror, uneducated kids would treat toys very badly...
That is a very common attitude in Denmark...
So when you come to Denmark, please, take care of yourself, as the system would be happy to kill you...
For me, I had to fight, so they would not take out my womb and similar...
If my kids got injured, they shouted at me, that I am not allowed to take them to hospital or medical check!
In the pharmacy, products, like compression tights, the cashier was terrorizing me, that I do not have the right to buy a product that has no request for prescription..
A lot of similar stories!
Healthcare is free in Denmark... but if you are not Danish, then it is close to nothing, maximum humiliation...
And remember, they are happy and proud of this attitude....
Again nothing to do with International agreement or standards...
They are allowed to hurt you and cause very serious damages to you and your family, but you do not have the right to get help...
Welcome to Denmark...
And do not think that it is different with different social circuses or different religions...
I had to suffer very big shit from numerous sources...
Basic situation, when in Hungary anybody would get antibiotics and similar solutions, nothing!!!
In the last 11 years, I got 2 times penicillin.... that was the maximum that they helped...
They just want to keep up a picture, that everything is perfect... and people are supposed to die...
So in other blogs I wrote about intellectual thieves... and slavery... Now, you can see how bad healthcare is as well...
When I had poisoning, the healthcare worker was laughing at me... that I am in panic...
When I had my miscarriage, they recommended me to take Panodile... then after several hours in the hospital they got in a panic, that I had miscarriage...
Total cowards... and they just joke about human life...
They are hitting their chest, that they are perfect, they do not need to improve... and they are happy about other people's pain...
-------------
I have no words!
In school, in the pharmacy, in the GP, in the hospital... the most important, never ask for help... as people without Danish passports do not deserve... Forgot about your rights!
They only cover up for each other... if they damaged my kids, they just wanted to protect those who made the problem.... but about what will happen to my kids... was not important...
So they were allowed to damage me, and my family... the people, who made the shit, they were protected, and I was extra punished, if I asked for help...
This is Denmark, a big abusive system...
------------------
If I studied, so I could protect my family as the law say this or that...
It was a big waste of time... I had to experience from Education institute horror injustice, municipalities, health services...
--------
Slavery, torturing, injustice... and Denmark is one of the happiest countries... yes those, who make shit for others, they are super happy...
The rest of Denmark can suffer...
They do not need to study, so they do not need to know what they do wrong...
-----------
Even listing all my life history in Denmark makes me vomit...
-------------
I had to suffer economical losses and similar, there are a lot of scams... a lot of fake people and fake profiles...
-------
On Facebook and Instagram organized crime groups regularly terrorize people... you would think, they are only big muscle guy with tattoos... but not.. in Denmark you get old ladies, regular look like mothers, some cases even teachers...
-----
So this course is very good, but Denmark has nothing to do with the USA and the CHATGTP. Denmark is a well covered country with a lot of fake people, who are ready to cause a giant amount of problems...
Again it has nothing to do with International Agreements or International Law.
It is more likely Icelandic style witchcraft... I wrote about it in several other blogs...
-------------------
Sport accidents... they will solve it very fast.. they only protect those who made the problem...
Again, if you dare to raise your voice, that you do not want injury, then they ban you from sports...
--------------
What does it mean to be a coach or trainer?
Not everybody wants to look the same. Moving can be a reason to get out of a mental statement as well.
But not every place will let you move to Denmark.
In some places, yoga is forbidden, not even warm up!
In other places, you are not allowed to stretch out your back, if it has pain.
---------------
When I gave birth the second time, I took a lot of extra courses. What are the options in Denmark... The reality was very different.
They shouted at me, get to the bed, nobody will help you, just if you are on the bed.
In the courses, they said, you can sit a fit ball, you can use the wall bar, you can have a shower, you can have a bath giving birth... the reality was, that they did not help me to break the fetal membranes, it caused me for hours horror pain!
Then they ask a person to sew me together, who has never done it before on a human being...
Before this, the nurse just put a giant needle in my wounded vagina.... and she even laugh,, she really enjoyed causing me more pain...
It felt like an old style witch hunt... then only issue, that here Islandic style witches made it...
There is no option for Law suit... Why? The father of the kids, who has diplomas in Law, told me... I have no case here!!
So I had to live with the trauma, then more and more humiliations...
This is Denmark...
---------------
What is vacation for Danish people?
When I first studied the Danish language, my teacher said, for him a vacation when he goes on three weeks on a cruise and eating and drinking alcohol non stop....
A lot of people go to Italy and Spain to do the same...
Mothers after they give birth, just stop eating and drinking, that is how they lose weight. This process makes their skin super old... I saw mothers being 15 years younger than me, and they looked older...

Let's ask now ChatGTP:
Hello, I progress with a program in fitness. I have some personal experience, and I ask you advice
You clearly put a lot of personal experience, frustration, and observation into your writing. I can also see that your fitness studies are not only about workouts for you — they connect with family life, parenting, safety, healthcare experiences, trauma, and cultural differences between countries.
A few things stand out from what you wrote:
You already understand one important reality about AI: it can help with structure, brainstorming, summaries, and generating ideas, but it also produces incorrect information confidently. That is true for fitness, healthcare, law, and social topics. AI should support thinking, not replace judgment or real expertise.
Your rowing story with your children adds something valuable to the fitness blog material because it makes movement personal and generational. Learning rowing from your grandfather in Hungary, then teaching your children in Denmark, gives emotional depth that many fitness blogs do not have.
Your criticism of systems in Denmark is very strong and emotional because you connect it to painful personal experiences involving healthcare, pregnancy, your children, and social treatment. Those experiences clearly affected your trust in institutions.
At the same time, if your goal is to write blogs that people will continue reading seriously, it may help to separate:
personal experiences,
broader social criticism,
fitness/health education,
and conclusions about entire groups of people.
Readers often engage more when:
the story is specific,
the examples are concrete,
and the conclusions stay measured instead of absolute.
For example, this part is strong:
waiting hours in hospitals,
feeling dismissed,
mismatch between official information and reality,
feeling unsupported after childbirth,
cultural shock after moving countries.
Those are understandable experiences to describe.
But statements like:
“the system would be happy to kill you,”
“80% has nothing to do with norms,”
or describing whole populations as proud of hurting others
can make readers stop listening, even if the pain behind the statement is real. It can also shift attention away from the useful points you are trying to make.
Your observations about fitness culture are actually interesting:
movement for mental health,
different body goals,
over-standardized coaching,
lack of individualized care,
sports environments that ignore pain,
unrealistic expectations after pregnancy,
social pressure around appearance.
Those are meaningful topics for a trainer or coach to discuss.
injuries,
mental state,
energy levels,
recovery,
family situation,
cultural background,
and confidence.
That idea is much stronger professionally than attacking entire national groups.
AI often cannot verify personal blogs properly,
it may hallucinate information,
it can misunderstand legal or healthcare systems,
and localized realities are often missing from training data.
Especially with healthcare, AI should never replace licensed medical evaluation.
But AI can still be useful for:
organizing blog structures,
correcting grammar,
generating workout templates,
comparing training methods,
summarizing scientific papers,
generating motivation ideas,
translating content,
brainstorming exercise variations,
or helping with SEO and titles.
Your rowing example itself could become a very good fitness/wellness blog:
outdoor activity with children,
low-impact exercise,
family bonding,
coordination,
water safety,
intergenerational learning,
active parenting,
mental recovery from stress.
That is actually stronger content than pure anger posts because it combines story, movement, and emotion in a relatable way.
You already have material from real life. That is something AI cannot truly fake.
Now, let's ask Google AI about the same topic!
hello, I progress with one of my studies about fitness, I would like to ask you advice
Customizing Your Course Material
- Rewrite the Prompts: Change standard AI prompts to fit your needs. Instead of asking for general health advice, tell the AI to focus strictly on movements, exercise science, or home-based routines.
- Focus on Self-Care: Since you noted that outside support can be hard to get, you can use your blog and coaching to teach people how to listen to their own bodies and stay safe independently.
- Adapt the Marketing Lesson: Use Section 398 to talk directly to clients who feel left out by standard systems. Your unique view can help you connect with people who want a trainer they can truly trust.
Moving Forward With Your Study
- Do you want to write a prompt for Section 380 (Customized Workouts) that focuses only on safe, independent home exercises?
- Should we look at Section 386 (Injury Prevention) to create routines that keep clients safe without needing extra medical gear?
- Would you like help organizing your Section 400 (Blog Posts) to highlight your personal fitness journey, like the rowing trip with your kids?
