Honesty - Section 24. - 329. video

In this course, the teacher tells, be honest with the clients.

Tell them the numbers, what their weight is. Ask them to step on the scale, let them see it.

My father, several years ago, about 12 years ago, was a night shift doctor in Gyula, which is a city on the South of Hungary. It was a few times occasion, when the city needed extra doctors.

My father is a medical doctor specializing in adults; he is a GP.

There was a man who was obese after his measurements; he was super over the healthy weights, he was smoking cigarettes, and had very bad results on his cholesterol.

So my father recommended him to take a diet, reduce smoking, and use some cholesterol reduction medication.

The next morning, that man was complaining to the city mayor. He said, "My father is not a good doctor, as he recommended a diet, less smoking, and medication."

My father was fired from that city. The city mayor did not want my father to do his medical doctor job.

My father never had to go back to that city to work.

I have been only once in that city in my entire life.

I had very bad memories. I was around 10-12 years old. Now, I am 40 years old.

I have a Healthcare Assistant education. I have a lot of other education as well.

So, it is recommended to be honest.

And then people need to learn that honesty is rewarded with firing.

That is why free advice is a backfire!

So if you are a fitness coach, be careful! Even medical doctors, who are trained to teach how to understand the body and numbers, are punished.

Do you know why I keep my Mercedes?
I have numerous reasons. But the first reason is that after this situation happened to my father, he decided to buy a Mercedes, and then he gave it to me.

Every time, I hear a story about someone who thinks being kind and lying about the weight helps anybody... I remember my father, and the car.
